Clear-Out.com is a FREE Listing Service with NO Charges and/or Commissions payable by Sellers or Buyers

Clear-Out.com is a FREE alternative to using on-line auction sites and what's more you can leave your clear out products listed for up to 3-months. If not sold by then, you can keep re-listing again every 3-months for as long as is needed to find a buyer.
This Free listing service can be used by private individuals, companies and organisations providing that the items listed are clear out products. For example we do not accept listings from businesses where product supply is ongoing.

Terms and Conditions: Clear-Out.com is a FREE to use on-line clear out listing service and nothing is actually sold on this site. As such you take a risk if you are selling or buying on this site and we the owner/ operator of this site do not take responsibility for any loss caused by fraudulent act or misrepresentation or whatsoever as a direct or indirect result of using this site. You are strongly advised to only sell or buy in your own country and to satisfy yourself that the other party, the seller or buyer, is bona fide. For example in the UK if you are buying from a registered business with a UK credit card then you should be afforded protection by your credit card company and the distance selling regulations. However, if you are buying from a private seller you are urged to take the utmost caution and act in the same diligent manner as if you were buying from an advertisement placed by a private seller in a newspaper. While we manually control which sellers listings appear on our site and which don't, we cannot warrant that listings are honest and are accurate. By using this listing service as either a buyer or seller, you accept the above terms of use.

Please note while we publish your email address, telephone number and web-site address (where given) as an integral part of your clear out product listing, we do not publish your other details. If you are concerned about spam and do not use a spam filter, please use a secondary email address, albeit we do wrap email addresses in javascript to impede automated data mining systems. Inorder to further block automated data mining systems, prospective buyers seeking to contact you will need to enter a unique set of characters viewed from a non machine readable image, but this feature is not implemented yet. We do not sell any of your data to any third party nor do we use it ourselves for email / mail shots.
